Had both bathrooms done at the same time. John and Ian made it happen, the staff was professional, timely and the work fantastic , spoke to 3 different companies and I am glad we chose them.

If there was an option on giving ZERO stars that would be the one that I select. This company is wrong with lies that they tell, work that is done, and promises made. ALSO this company is part of Spraggins, which does not have good reviews - so read up on that as well. The Saleswoman, Shauna lies about everything being done on site in Orlando. We were told the fabrication, building and all of it is done at the shop in Orlando. That is not true. The specs for the cupboards were to be like exactly what we had with 2 lazy susan's in the corner cupboard. They changed that and put in straight cupboards. Granted, I did not notice when looking at the pictures and did notice when the cupboards were being installed. The top cupboard has where you cannot reach the interior all the way to the wall and the cupboard next to it keeps slamming the door. We changed out our fridge between the time Shauna was here to when the manager comes out to do the final measure. The fridge we put in was not the same size and it looked horrible out of place. We asked Shuana to change the cupboard around the fridge. She told me no and the materials were already ordered. The manager came out to our home 2 days later and said that is what he was there for. We painted our kitchen prior to the cupboards being installed. When the cupboards came in the crew that was here to install them, scratched our floors, dinged the walls enough that the sheetrock was removed, and wrote on the walls. We had to hire the painter to come back and fix the walls. The manager, James, said that happens in construction and to deal with it. This is not true, we had construction companies in plenty of our homes and not once had they done damage to what they were not there to fix. We asked to speak to the owner of the company and they would not let us. They had the 2nd in command, James talk to us and he was not professional at all. He sent in another crew to fix the floor scratches. They caulked the floor. While we waited for the trim to go back on - James, kept calling us asking for the remainder balance due on the account. I said that in the contract it is stated that the remaining balance is due on the last day your staff is here to install the trim. Mind you, the balance was only $1,000. James continued to call us and tell me and my husband that we were holding their company hostage by not paying them. To be done with them, we paid prior to the job being finished. I had to have James put in writing that they will come back and finish the trim work. That took 2 days and 2 people to do. PLEASE be aware that this company is not what you are looking for. For a job that was to be done in 3 weeks, took over 3 months and plenty of phone calls. Which when you ask to speak to the owner, you never do. They break the promises, they lie, and are not professional. Find another company that will make your construction problem easy!!

We recently had counter tops Installed in our kitchen. They Are Gorgeous, We Love them! This IS the company to go with!!! First of all,They call you back! I contracted 3 places when this all began and CS Contractor called right away. It was a great experience from the begining to the end! I would like to Thank Jay, Akina, Craig & the Installers! They were all such a wonderful caring group of people. You can not go wrong. I still have a few projects to go and I Will be contacting CS Contractor Source Again! Great reputation in the community for their work with countertops, we were referred for this reason. Completed four different countertop projects with them, so we have obviously had great results. They have a full selection of materials, sometimes thickness and edge variations as well as excellent installation. All of these projects have come out fantastic, great reputation is well earned! In 2025, they began doing some remodels. We have been so pleased with the countertops we ended up working with them. The customer service has been excellent with every person we dealt with, everyone has been kind and professional. We spent the most time with Maurine & Steve. They helped resolve several issues throughout the project. The most impressive issue to mention came after the job was completed. This is crucial because some contractors will ghost you once the last payment is made. This company followed up. For this reason alone, I could recommend Contractor’s Source for renovations. There was some hiccups along the way, the most notable was the initial bid lacked any details. Thankfully, we had a lot of this information in texts and emails that showed the initial scope of work. I would recommend ensuring that the initial bid has as much details as possible to protect both the homeowner and contractor, this could be a big problem. Also, they do subcontract a lot of the work. Sometimes this is great, sometimes the subcontractors rush or lack the vision agreed on by the initial contractor and owner. Steve did an excellent job bridge the gap to ensure everything was completed properly. Overall, the project was delayed but completed perfectly and as mentioned, had excellent follow up! Every big project has hiccups. What matters is how those issues are dealt with. We can fully recommend Contractors Source as they ensured all the work was up to code, aesthetically pleasing, functional and had amazing follow-up. We would absolutely be glad to work with them in the future, thank you!
